Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by a sole arbitrator. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English, and the venue shall be in New Delhi, India. The decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding. However, the Parties reserve the right to seek interim or conservatory relief, such as a temporary restraining order or preliminary injunction, from any court of competent jurisdiction. This action does not waive the arbitration process outlined in this Agreement.
